Signature
You can add a signature to email you send from within Ronomon. Your signature will not be added to quick replies, or to email sent from other email programs.

Auto Reply
You can auto-reply to anyone who emails you, provided you have sent them email before. Mailing lists will not be sent an auto-reply. Your signature will be added to your auto-reply.

Application Passwords
For applications such as Outlook or Apple Mail, which do not support two-factor authentication, you must create a separate password for them to use instead of your Ronomon password. You can create a password for each application that needs one and you can revoke it if you lose your phone, tablet or laptop.
For example: Outlook, iPhone, Android Mail, Apple Mail - Laptop
You can now use the following password in your application to give it access to your Ronomon account. You should only need to enter it once and it will not be displayed again:
Two-Factor Authentication
When you sign in for the first time from a device, you will need to enter an authentication code sent to your mobile.
You can also use an authentication application on your mobile to generate the code for you, faster and more reliably than SMS, especially when you travel or are without reception.
In the event that you lose your phone, your backup code can be used instead of an authentication code. Save it in a safe place.

Your authentication application is active and authentication codes will not be delivered by SMS. You can deactivate your authentication application to have authentication codes delivered once again by SMS.
